In addition to custom layout building, a large part of my 'day job' is designing model railroad layouts for my customers. This is a stand alone service meaning that you do not have be a construction customer in order for me to design a layout for you.
Completed designs include a color 11"x17" CAD track plan along with a book of backup notes, specifications and construction tips. I offer ongoing support to help the customer over any rough patches they may encounter while building the design.
