Although not a rail industry, Kiko's wholesale  is a noticeable landmark on the 12th Avenue switchback.  Located at the corner of 12th Avenue and 21st Terrace, it typifies the standard cash and carry  shops in the neighborhood.  This model features:

Photo wallpaper sides.  For a change of pace I used textured inkjet artist papers.  This worked well for representing the stucco surface.
